Caitlin officially joined the team in March 2023, though she served many summers as the Children’s Ministry Intern here at Concord Baptist Church during her high school and college years. She’s been a member here since she was three. She attended Southwest Baptist University where she got her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She taught third grade in the Forst Osage School district for two years and then moved to Haiti where she lived for five years and worked with Hope Community Project as a homeschool teacher and moved into the role of Deputy Field Director. It was in Haiti that Caitlin met her husband, Wood. They were married in November 2019 and welcomed their son, Josiah, in March 2021.

Caitlin loves to spend time with her family and in her free time enjoys baking. Since getting married, one of Caitlin and Wood’s family verses is Deuteronomy 28:6, “ Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.”
